I’m Guillermo Romaní Fournier, a lawyer with deep roots in both Barcelona and Ibiza. Growing up on this incredible island has given me an insider’s perspective on its unique market and vibrant culture.
I studied law at Pompeu Fabra University in Barcelona, and I’ve had the privilege of working abroad, gaining hands-on experience with top international firms like Deloitte Legal and Baker & McKenzie. This blend of global expertise and local knowledge allows me to provide the professionalism and precision of larger firms while maintaining a personal connection to the island and its people.
My focus is on high-end real estate transactions across the Balearic Islands, particularly in Ibiza and Formentera. I also specialize in urban planning, international successions, and other related legal matters. I believe in a personalized approach, paying close attention to every detail to ensure my clients feel supported throughout the process.
